But if you are well endowed, you may not like the idea of exercise. It’s not just the work and sweating of it, but if you are large breasted it can be a very uncomfortable and even downright painful ordeal.

Made of 90% nylon and 10% Lycra this exercise bra has been engineered specifically with larger breasted women in mind. The cups are created to hold the breasts steady, and minimize bounce even while running or jumping in your exercise activities.

Another common problem for women who are wearing sports bras is the fact that the seams on the bras rub against the body and cause chaffing or scratching. This will not happen with the Enell Sports Bra, because the seams are finished, leaving smooth material against your skin that will not rub or cause irritation.

Additionally, the material was created to work with your body as you sweat during a workout. It will pull the moisture off of your body.

This bra really controls the bounce and makes it more comfortable for larger breasted women to be able to exercise.

It also spreads out the weight support of the breasts to put less pressure on any one area.

Other Things to Consider:

While it claims that it eliminates all the bounce, it doesn’t. It does eliminate most of the bounce and makes jumping and running more palatable.

It is not the easiest garment to put on. It has a number of hooks in the front that you have to fasten to hold you in place which requires some patience on your part.

Some shorter women found the straps too long and as they are non adjustable they may not fit as comfortably as they should.

On the whole the majority of wearers like this bra and have no problems with the fastenings or the straps. They like that holds them secure and minimizes bounce – just what it was designed for.
